LZ-0014 Chocolate Varnish (Aged)
Features lightly figured mahogany back and sides and Carpathian spruce top. It is complimented with a beautiful old growth Indian rosewood fingerboard, IRW bridge, IRW head plate, and Jatoba binding. The one piece flame mahogany neck is carved into a super comfortable low-profile ellipse with a hand-rubbed varnish finish for smooth playability. There is a highly flamed mahogany backstrap veneer and heelcap with a black purfling line that matches the binding purfling. A small "cat eye" side port makes up the difference in surface area between the larger 4" diameter sound hole featured on the 0013 and its 3.68" soundhole. It features a 2-way adjustable truss-rod with a 1.75" nut width and 2.25" string spacing at the saddle and a 25.4" scale length. Assembled with hot hide glue, torrefied Adirondack spruce bracing and Carpathian spruce tentellones. K&K Pure mini pickup installed. TKL Voyager CF flight case upgrade.
